PERMACHANGE fédère des équipes de trois laboratoires français :
- Géosciences Environnement Toulouse (GET)
- Procédés et Ingénierie en Mécanique et Matériaux (PIMM)
- Navier, mécanique et physique pour les matériaux, les structures et les géomatériaux (Navier)
PERMACHANGE est également en lien avec des partenaires scientifiques internationaux impliqués dans l’observation des surfaces continentales boréales, notamment le Swedish Polar Research Secretariat, l’Alfred Wegener Institute et ArcticDTU.
PERMACHANGE collabore également avec le CNEAI= pour développer une recherche artistique en interaction avec l’activité scientifique du projet. Finalement, un documentaire sur la modélisation du pergélisol est en cours de développement en collaboration avec À Table production.
